TOA (The Outdoor Athlete) is a 45minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class that adopts the foundations of PRIMAL movement patterns. TOA commits to achieving LIFE LONG results by preparing our bodies (indoor) to mimic the functional movements we need to survive (outdoors).
Kickboxing at TribeFit is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. The class conducts both Beginners & Advanced classes for its members.
LESMILLS GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. TribeFit also offers LESMILLS GRIT Strength, LESMILLS GRIT Cardio and LESMILLS GRIT Plyo.
Barre fitness classes are simply ballet-inspired, incorporating a ballet barre and maybe some plies and pirouettes here and there into the workout.
There are also personal workouts with personal trainers.
