August 22, 2020 at 1:15 amThe worst Fitness First branch I’ve ever been to, I should have taken a cue from all the negative reviews about the staffs. The manager was unbelievably rude, her name is Sara Primo and I was forced to make an official complain about her. The other staffs were equally rude and terrible. The place was almost empty compared to other branches and that’s probably because of the terrible staff. The general management should do something about the place before it tarnishes the Brand’s image as a whole. This is nothing close to Platinum.
