Jumana, Secret of the Desert
The longest running show in Dubai is held in the Al Sahra Desert Resort’s amphitheatre. Jumana features stunning pyrotechnics and aqua and laser effects, as well as dancing and acrobatics.
In 2006, Prisme founded “The Secret of the Desert,” the first show of its kind in an open-air amphitheater. Set within 40 million square feet of sand dunes, it was also in close proximity to the city of Dubai and the multi-billion dollar Dubailand urban complex. Jumana was billed as a lifetime experience and as an eco-sensitive show set in a themed Arabian village, which lasted for four years. The state of the art show, sensational on every level, has captivated residents and tourists alike by the mystical tale of romance in Arabian folklore.
Dubai Desert Extreme Skate Park
Adventurous kids will love the half-pipes, trick boxes, rail slides and mini-ramps for BMX-ers, skateboarders and inline skaters. All equipment can be hired; helmets are compulsory.

Lunarland is a haven for younger children: there is a soft-play area featuring flying spaceships, sand-pits and an arts-and-crafts corner, where they can model clay bowls to take home with them. Parents can join in the activities or they can leave their children in the care of the Zone’s highly-trained staff while they enjoy a drink in the adjoining bar.
