Kit is reasonably good but a few things missing, place was clean but the kicker was no water dispensers and then had to pay AED 2 for a bottle of water (twice) after I'd paid AED 105 for a single use pass. Won't be back and will stick with FF. and Very rude two girls in the reception. Not professional and bad attitude.
The worst Fitness First branch I’ve ever been to, I should have taken a cue from all the negative reviews about the staffs. The manager was unbelievably rude, her name is Sara Primo and I was forced to make an official complain about her. The other staffs were equally rude and terrible. The place was almost empty compared to other branches and that’s probably because of the terrible staff. The general management should do something about the place before it tarnishes the Brand’s image as a whole. This is nothing close to Platinum.
This year with the panademic the gym is becoming aweful... Not enough spots in classes, the gym management is not flexible about the timings of classes, and you got to clean your own space everytime you finish training... It's really not. A good time for the gym at all and they are not willing to provide any compensation for that while I see other gyms like fitness first is giving much better offers.
